At Natural Talents we have always believed Executive Search should be a partnership and shouldn’t end when someone starts their new role.

Which is why we offer every person we place the option of complimentary career coaching.
Historically reserved for sports, music, and top executives career coaching is becoming increasingly popular thanks to leaders in the space such as Tony Robbins.

Our complimentary coaching support is something our founder established, and fully embraces, as a trained coach herself, and as someone who has received regular coaching during her own career.

The coaches we work with are hand selected, qualified and experienced coaches who understand how to effect smooth career transitions.

You may use your coaching support during your first few months in post, or at any time during your first year.
The decision is yours.
Your coaching discussions will always remain private between you and your coach.
