Briefing meetings to discuss and define the role, preparation of a job spec and company pack to be handed to candidates. Drawing up a target list for approval. Detailed candidate profiling including face to face interviews and informal referencing and psychometric assessments/screenings as appropriate. Weekly updates including information on emerging candidates and market feedback.

Selection Projects
Media advice, preparation of advertising copy. job specs and company information packs. Response handling. Interviewing assessing and shortlisting candidates plus psychometric assessments or screenings where appropriate. We present full details, including our professional assessment, together with a copy of the candidate's own CV for any individual whom we would like you to meet.

Outsourced Recruitment
Provision of a flexible outsourced recruitment resource at times of rapid growth. Including: assistance in compiling job descriptions, media advice, response handling, interviewing and assessments, acting as intermediary with agencies and other external service providers. Practical support for advertising campaigns, assessment centres, open evenings and graduate selection.

Strong Start
Our Strong Start programme is designed to improve the performance of a critical investment by companies - the hiring and induction of new talent. It is particularly suitable for performance linked Board, Executive and Sales appointments where the speed at which recruits take up the reins and produce results is important.

Transition Coaching
For times of career transition such as promotion/outplacement/returning to work, this programme offers a skills assessment and a personal review which addresses the issue of work/life balance.Work with a coach to establish inherent skills, re-align goals and form an action plan tailored to personal needs and circumstances.
