    Background
    After a period of considerable success this group of companies sought to recruit for the next phase of growth by putting in place a tier of senior technical managers. There was no HR function in house, although contracts and terms and conditions of employment were standardised. The company was financially stable with a strong balance sheet and a track record of considerable success.

    Brief.
    Retained over a period of several months to ensure delivery of diverse recruitment needs, whilst saving on management time. An added benefit of the approaches chosen would be to get the message of the company's success out to the marketplace.

    Approach.
    Used a variety of recruitment methodologies to successfully fill a number of positions throughout the company. Ran national advertising campaigns for a Sales and Marketing Director and a newly created PR/ Marketing position. Applied Search techniques to resource several Project Manager positions and ran combined Advertising and Search campaigns to recruit specialist Directors for Land and Development divisions. In addition advertised locally/liaised with secretarial agencies to fill PA and admin positions in support of the newly created directors.

    In all cases candidates were met interviewed and pre-selected, and comprehensive CVs and assessment notes were provided .All interviewing arrangements, advertising response and administration was handled by Natural Talents freeing up the company's own administration teams.

    Background.
    Founded in 1995 this company had grown through a series of acquisitions to become one of the largest providers of Environmental Consulting Services.

    HR functions from a series of merged companies were being brought into one head office location and there were in excess of 50 outstanding vacancies to be filled, some of which had been outstanding for a period of time and were proving difficult to source.The HR team were understaffed with a huge demand to source and fill new positions.

    Brief
    Initial brief was to join the HR team on a per diem basis as a flexible resource during the period of transition. Subsequently worked as external search consultant and took on several assignments.

    Results.
    Working alongside the HR director and support team immediately took over response handling for national advertising campaign. Met divisional heads throughout the company to refine sourcing requirements. Successfull narrowed down key recruitment requirements and brought down response time for vacancy handling. Negotiated offers and processed paperwork for several positions in play. Assisted in recruiting for HR Manager and effected hand over.

    Successfully used search to recruit a Divisional Director and a number of Senior Environmental Consultants for offices in Edinburgh, Manchester Wales and London which had previously proved very difficult for the company to source.
