FROM CAMBRIDGE CITY CENTRE

• Exit Cambridge city centre on the A1303 on the Madingley Road.
  
• As you leave Cambridge you will drive pass the Park and Ride on Madingley Road.
  
• You will pass the slip road to the M11, You will approach a set of traffic lights. Continue straight on.
  
• Follow the road and you will pass the American war memorial on your right hand side.
  
• At the next roundabout, take the second exit joining the A428 (Dual carriageway), which are signposted Bedford and St. Neots.
  
• At the next roundabout go straight over onto a single carriageway
  
• After about a mile you will come to a roundabout that has a BP Petrol station on your left.
  
• Continue for another two miles until you come to dual carriageway. Take the left slip road to Cambourne.
  
• At the top of the slip road, turn left at the roundabout.
  
• Turn right at the second roundabout into the business park. The Regus Centre is 50 metres on the left.
  
  FROM THE M11
  
• Leave the M11 at junction 13 and follow the A1303 towards bedford/St. Neots and follow above instructions from the traffic lights above.
  
  FROM THE A1
  
• Take the A428 (Signposted Cambridge) and continue on this road for Approx 9 miles.
  
• At the roundabout signposted Papworth to your left, (where there is a Chinese restaurant and a shell garage on your right).
  
• Take the 2nd exit and continue on the A428.
  
• At the dual carriageway approx ½ mile, take the left slip road to Cambourne.
  
• Turn right at the first roundabout and go straight over the 2nd roundabout.
• Turn right at the 3rd roundabout and the Regus Business Centre is 50 metres on your left.
  
  
• Parking is available on site

• London Stansted Airport is a 40 minute car journey and Cambridge Airport is a 20 minute car journey

• There is a bus stop directly outside the business park for services to all major neighbouring villages and towns.
  
  
• Cambridge train station is a 30 minute taxi ride and St Neots train station is a 20 minute taxi ride
