Client: Diversified Investment Group

Background: As part of a strategic shift in emphasis this diversified investment group wished to form a semi- autonomous development organization. The brief was to recruit a Head of Development who could assist in growing the company through commercial property development.. The role had already been advertised nationally and placed with a number of agencies but the client was unhappy with the calibre of candidates seen. Natural- Talents were recommended to the managing director of the group and put together a proposal for executive search

Approach:With projects to the value of £50m already in the pipeline it was imperative that the best talent was secured and had the track record to meet the exacting standards of our client. Having agreed the brief Natural Talents identified a target list in conjunction with the client. Direct approaches were made and meetings arranged in confidence. Psychometrics were run on an impressive list of shortlisted candidates After several meetings with the client the ideal candidate was secured. Natural Talents was involved in negotiating the remuneration and incentive package. We provided the services of an executive coach for the first 100 days in post to support the succesful on-boarding of a key recruit
