Background: As part their growth plans this development company wanted to recruit a Construction Director to oversee their contracted out construction programme and work to bring it in house.This was a newly created role and the background knowledge of the candidate was cirtical. Natural- Talents had already handled a number of key assignments within the group and the Group Managing Director asked them to put together a proposal for Advertising Selection
Approach: Having agreed the brief Natural Talents recommended appropriate media, and ran a branded advert. We handled all response and interviewed prospective candidates in depth.A shortlist was created and psychometrics and full briefings prepared. The Construction Director was appointed after several meetings, with Natural Talents handling detailed package negotiations on the company’s behalf.
