Personality

The Personal Profile Analysis PPA offers a comprehensive assessment of an individuals working strengths, fears and motivators and the value that person may bring to an employer. It also considers how they perform under pressure, modify their behaviour in their current job and any frustration or problems they may be facing which can be drawn out further at interview.

Aptitude and Ability

Aptitude assessments measure a candidates raw intelligence and likely speed of transfer in a new role. How quickly can this person learn new skills? Can they cope with the mental demands of this job? Could they be a high flyer?  We use an independently validated battery of normative tests as an accurate predictor of development potential.

Emotional Intelligence

Technical skill and ability are only part of the story when it comes to predicting success. Emotional intelligence is a predictor of how well people manage their emotions, how well they interpret and deal with the emotions of others and how they use this knowledge to manage relationships.
