Our Team 

Sue is a graduate psychologist, qualified psychometric assessor and executive coach. She works on both sides of the career spectrum, undertaking assignments to identify and source hard to find candidates and using her knowledge of the market to coach job search strategy, career transition and development. She is the founder of Natural Talents.

Chloe specialises in detailed desk level research with a remit to identify and track high performers in our industry. She has a thorough knowledge of key property, planning and related companies and is able to ascertain the high performing property professionals working within them. Chloe enters all research and market knowledge onto a bespoke database to ensure our information is correct and up-to-date.

Sharon is responsible for general office management and marketing activities for Natural Talents, she also project manages the research of ongoing assignments and liaises with external research teams. She has spent over twenty years in customer service, administrative and marketing roles.  Following over a decade with a regional housing association, Sharon set up and managed her own business until its sale in 2010.

Valerie's remit is to assist in the movement of teams and  acquisition of niche companies. In addition to extensive director level experience in high growth companies she has acted as a key advisor on due diligence aspects of company mergers and acquisitions for major city figures.
